Go to Account → Billing. Auto-reload sits in the Plan & Balance card, below your current balance. Add a payment method first — it cannot be switched on without one. Then turn Auto-reload on, set the threshold and the reload amount, and click Save. When your balance drops to the threshold, the reload amount is added automatically. If the balance falls below $0, the shortfall plus the reload amount is charged.
Auto-reload is also shown on the TURN Server & SFU → Dashboard page, on the Top-up balance card.
To add balance to you Metered Account go to Dashboard -> Account-> scroll down to Manage funds and cards
Add Payment Method and then enable Automatic billing. When your balance will reach the threshold, automatic payment will be made of the specified amount. If current balance falls below $0 then the negative amount + amount to debit will be deducted.
Can the left over balance be converted to cash
NO, The Metered Balance cannot be converted back into cash. So, only re- charge the amount you plan on using
